programming a TS with MACD

hello,
as a beginner in using your platform, I would like please to know if (and eventualli how) it is possible to settle one particular condition, regarding the macd.
That is: I wish the buy signal comes only when the macd is > of its average + 0.1, and not only when it is just > of its average...
