Price a price at a Specific Date and Time

Hi,
does anybody has an Idea how to programm a function that would give the price of an instrument (Future) for a specific Date and a specific Hour?
Regarding the date, this should be relative to the actual Day, like Day-1, or Day-5 ... (Easier and more realistic).
