Express - MA (H+L)/2, (H+L+C)/3

Dear Traders,

The attached express indicator is a median price moving average and a typical price moving average.

The median price is the mid-point of a trading period:

MP = (High + Low) / 2

The typical price includes information about the whole trading day:

TP = (High + Low + Close) / 3

In the indicator's inputs, type 0 is the median MA and type 1 is the typical MA.
