MACD Trendmeter

Attached the MACD Trend meter Express code. To be installed in the Express directory of WHS Futurestation Nano.

The MACD Trendmeter has 3 ways to enter a position:

1. Crossing of the MACD with the zero line
2. Crossing of the MACD with it's signal line
3. Crossing of the MACD with it's signal line (above 0 when long, beneath 0 when short)

The indicator shows nice results on daily graphs. To be discovered.
