Could you tell me how to add a crossing ma sentimentor to two time periods (one say at 1min the other say at 5mins for example) for the same cfd.

Hi imamushroom,
the most simple way would be if you use the aggregate of the crossing MA.
For example you have the 10-30 in the 5Min Chart, you add it into the 1Min Chart but with 50-150.
In addition you can then add the crossing MA wit the parameters you want to have in the 1Min Chart.
If you want to use it as a filter for AutoTrading it could also be possible to use it as exported sentimentor.
An example for this is shown in the strategy of Stéphane Ceaux-Dutheil:
